Creative Resins will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website and Creative Resins accepts no liability of any kind for any loss or damage from action taken or taken in reliance on material or information contained on this site.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and will be dated accordingly, it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. The option of waiting for stock or receiving a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

To place a website order with Creative Resins, you will be required to register an account and subsequent access to these services will be subject to an approved login name and password (\”Password Details\”). Information that you provide on this website must be accurate and complete. All Passwords Details are accepted and may be withdrawn at our sole discretion and are exclusive to you and non-transferable and must be treated as strictly confidential at all times. In the event that you have any concerns regarding your Password Details or become aware of any misuse then you must inform us immediately.

Following the entry of the final details of your order, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email, detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Creative Resins.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct on this website, and therefore, please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records. If you wish to obtain specific details of your previous orders please contact us.

Delivery charges are as specified in the checkout section when you place an order.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery.

Security is probably one of the most significant concerns during an online transaction. In reality an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a shop or conducted over the telephone or by fax, as the information transmitted online is highly encrypted using complicated logarithm combinations. For our website orders we use the Sage payment system.

The Sage payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Furthermore, their public web servers are certified by Thawte, a public Certificate Authority, ensuring that both the client and firm can have confidence that nobody can impersonate Sage to obtain confidential information.

Transaction Encryption

The transfer of the purchase details from our web site to Sage are encapsulated using their own encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof.

Security for the Shopper

Any communication between the client and Sage is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the client\’s browser using TLS or 128 BitSSL. Clients are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a \”card not present\” environment, by their card issuers. The card issuer provides the right for the cardholder to dispute a transaction if the card was used fraudulently.

Data Storage

Data storage on Sage systems, and the communication between Sage and the worldwide banking networks, is regularly audited by the banking authorities to ensure a secure transaction environment. Sage also ensure that they stay up-to-date with the latest versions of any third-party code they use, and continually review their own proprietary code.

We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability.

To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are shown in £s sterling and include VAT at the applicable current rates and are excluding delivery charges. The final price including VAT and delivery will be shown at checkout.

We’re committed to selling the finest quality products that we know you will enjoy using but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you\’ve bought. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before you use them and be sure to also read the label before use. We recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the invoice which will arrive with your delivery, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

If there is a fault or problem with the product then please make us aware of this as soon as you receive your delivery, we recommend that when signing for your item you sign for it as ‘contents unchecked’ which, in the rare circumstance that something is wrong or damaged, assists us in liaising with the carrier. Should the above term not be used then it is assumed that you have checked the delivery and are signing for it in a perfect state.

Cancellations

If you have ordered by telephone or internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivered item. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification or to goods / products which have been used. To cancel, you can must email or write to us using the information on the contact us page of the website within seven working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s).

Cancelling an order before despatch

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we despatch it. Please see the Contact us page for our telephone number. You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number to cancel your order.

If you cancel part of an order the postage and packaging charge is recalculated on the price of the goods you keep.

Returns

To return an item or request a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods, with your order / invoice number. Items must be returned in there original packaging and in an unused state. Any products which are found to be used, unless faulty will not be returnable.

Refunds

Upon receipt of returned goods or cancellation of an order a refund will be made via the payment method that was used to make the original purchase i.e. via Sage Pay for website orders or refunded direct to your card for telephone orders unless otherwise specified.
